SA Design & Build is run by Sahit Alia, who has had an established business now for over 15 years.

He has worked for companies on builds as diverse as airports and villas. Gaining vast experience of the different techniques and skills employed in a different country.

Over the years Sahit has gained vast experience and can offer sound advice on the correct decisions and procedures to follow regarding design and build decisions.

SA Design & Build have an eye for detail and ensures their work is completed quickly, cleanly and efficiently whilst delivering work of the highest quality and standard. They have completed new builds from foundation to roof tiles but are equally at home in a bathroom remodel.

One of the most important parts of the job in any construction work is communication and SA Design & Build will constantly keep you informed on the progress, regularly feeding back about time-scales or alerting you as to any potential problems so you always know what to expect and can react accordingly.
